The Apple Company could mange to have a temporary ban enforced on the Samsung’s tablet between October and December. Apple has proclaimed a charge against Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 to a US court in order to ban it but the court denied it prior the case comes under the California district court as Apple tries to get jurisdiction in favour of them but the Judge denies it by saying "currently lacks the jurisdiction" to allow one.
