Samsung Galaxy Tab Is Lethal, Says Apple in Ban Bid Fail

Apple has proclaimed a charge against Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 to a US court in order to ban it but the court denied it prior the case comes under the California district court as Apple tries to get jurisdiction in favour of them but the Judge denies it by saying “currently lacks the jurisdiction” to allow one.

Judge old that it is not about banning the Samsung androids powered tablets but Apple further goes to Washington court to reconsider the decision of the judge of California district court. Samsung also files against the appeals in the same court of Washington.

The district judge said that a district court is with no jurisdiction to grant injunctive relief that would modify the status quo at the same time as an appeal is waiting. Apple requested court to instantly make available what they would like to have in their hand as they have aced problems for the lack of such relief.

Apple said that each day they lose their business because of Samsung as it sells its tab 10.1. So court should give decision in favour of Apple to protect their severe loss. The Apple makes their effort to prevail over the issue. And the judge Koh was intact with her decision strictly and said that Apple is free to file again about the issue.
