Samsung fails to lift prohibition on US galaxy Tab sales

samsung galaxy tabA US District Court has ruled out the electronics giant Samsung’s bid to have sales prohibition against its Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 lifted.

Samsung was formerly slapped with the prohibition after Apple forwarded complaint that it replicated its iPad in a slavish manner.

The actuality that the Samsung Galaxy Tab boasts a varied aspect proportion screen, special operating system and different hardware did not factor into the equation.
